Queen's School of Business

Queen's School of BusinessThis week we hosted a team of MBA students from The Queen's School of Business in Canada.

They have, from hundreds of entries from around the world, selected Tim Kabel for their case study - development of breakthrough strategies to the North American market. Allan Nixon, Monica Rye, Leah Stone, Ryan Utley and Curt Walker talked with board of directors and collected data which will be the base for case study.

Why Tim Kabel? In the last few years we were working intensely on increasing export, which in 2012 in relation to the 2011 increased 22%. This week we concluded the largest single export deal - delivery to Australia worth 2.2 million euros. However, our possibilities and expectations are much higher. In today's conditions, when the construction, mining and oil sector is slowly recovering from the effects of the global crisis, stable companies like Tim Kabel have a chance to make a breakthrough to the large North American market.

Our guests believe that they can help us and thus become a part of our success. Completion of the study is expected in January 2014 and hopefully it will be a good platform to develop breakthrough strategies not only on the USA and Canada, but also the broader global market.
