Successful Blood Donations

img_0088n.jpgThe Croatian Red Cross together with Tim Kabel d.o.o. organized a humanitarian blood donation drive on February 5th 2009. It is with pride that we announce that the drive was a success with 18 vital doses collected.

This noble and humanitarian cause saw 20 people participate, with 18 donating their blood. As with the previous drive, the importance of donating blood was also recognized by our neighboring businesses (KFK Tehnika, METRO Cash&Carry). Amongst the old donating veterans, this drive saw a few fresh faces who decided to donate blood for the first time.

We are excited by the number of people that recognized the importance of this drive and who with their readiness to help strangers showed charity and humanity. It is for all these reasons that together, with the collaboration of the Croatian Red Cross, we are sure to organize another blood donation drive very shortly.
