Traditional gathering of Tim Kabel
After Zadar, this year's traditional gathering of all employers and their fellows has been continued in the spirit of goodwill despite of difficult business year. That way we wanted to emphasize importance of those gatherings because they are giving certain positive impuls to all and are showing stability of the company, as well as they strenghten trust in prosperous future. Daily schedule that consisted of excursions to island Košljun, cave Biserujka, aquarium in Baška, Jurandvor and Vrbnik gave us opportunity to enjoy bond of sea, rocky island soil, rich history heritage and culture. Even though some of us thought we wouldn't be able to cross Karstic Bridge due to the blow, Tim Kabel crew showed even in that situation collectiveness and team spirit, and during the flaw they moved holdings and things in other lower bus (men part of our company, of course) as we would be able to get to our destination – Hotel Malin in Malinska. Also, we didn't get round from our exciting bingo and distribution of Christmas bonuses as leading contents of our ceremonial dinner.
However, it's the best that we ask husband of our employer what was his impression on that 3-day long gathering.
Tim Kabel: Jasmin, under circumstances that you have been with us for the first time, tell us about your impression on our gathering?
Jasmin:I have to admit that I am pleasantly surprised with overall content and pleasant atmosphere. I liked educational dimension in a sense of visit to the convent on island Košljun and to the church which was original deposit of the Bar of Baška (Bascanska ploca). Also, I was very glad to see during the ceremonial dinner the importance that owners of the company are giving to their employers, and how they appreciate their contribution to achieveing business results in every aspect.
Tim Kabel: How do you look at the fact that on annual celebration there are also wifes and husbands of our empleyers present?
Jasmin: These days business rate of work doesn't allow too much quality time spent together that couples could afford, so this bond of business-private gathering I totally support. This is also a unique opportunity for employers to meet other private side of their colleagues in informal company.
Tim Kabel: What detail would you particulary abstract?
Jasmin: Maybe someone would think of it as weird but I would abstract symbolics of ''the best team'' that situation with the bus and moving suit cases showed, where ''the team'' operated perfectly together. And this is what today's business world particulary appreciates and seeks for team work, which I personaly encounter in enviorment of the company that I work for!
